If you’d like to share information that applies to a specific visit or set of visits, the best place to do that is through the Service Notes feature.
Service notes are most commonly added before a scheduled visit begins and work like the digital version of leaving a handwritten note on the kitchen counter (for example: “A few things to note for today…”).
To add a note to a service box, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your client account using your credentials
- Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
- Select Schedule
- Checkmark the service and click the Add Note button
at the top of the screen
- In the popup window, type your note then click Add Note
Service notes are view-only for your care team, so sitters can’t reply directly within the note. They’ll typically confirm they’ve received and followed your instructions in the journal report after the visit.
