Adding your pet to your account is an important step in getting started with Hands N Paws.
Each pet in your home will have their own individual profile, which allows our team to provide safe, personalized, and consistent care every time we visit.
How Do I Add a New Pet?
To add a pet to your account:
- Log in to your client account using your credentials
- Tap the ☰ menu (top left corner)
- Go to Pets
- Click “New Pet”
- Complete each section of the profile, including Identity, Basics, Notes, Medical, Veterinarian
- Make sure all required (*) fields are filled out
- Click Save at the bottom of the page
If you need to add another pet, simply click “New Pet” again and repeat the same steps.
What Information Do I Need to Include?
Each pet profile is designed to give our team a full understanding of your pet’s needs and routines.
You’ll be asked to complete sections such as:
- Identity and basic information (name, breed, age, etc.)
- Care instructions (feeding, potty routine, behavior, preferences)
- Medical information (conditions, medications, emergency instructions)
- Veterinarian selection
We recommend taking your time and filling out each section as thoroughly as possible.

Our pet care team relies entirely on the information in your pet profiles to guide each visit.
The more detailed and accurate your pet’s profile is, the more confident and consistent our team can be in providing care that feels familiar and tailored to your pet.
Can I Add Multiple Pets?
Yes. You can add as many pets as needed—each pet should have their own individual profile.
This allows us to keep care instructions organized and specific to each pet in your home.
